EXTREME COMPONENTS MATT CARBON FRONT FENDER Extreme Components is pleased to present the first carbon fiber creations for the Noale manufacturer's flagship, the Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory 2021/2024 model. As always, our parts guarantee maximum lightness and strength thanks to the technologies and materials we use and the experience gained in the production of parts manufactured for the best MotoGP teams. The parts are made in an autoclave, of course with vacuum technology, using prepreg carbon fibers (woven twill), at a pressure between 5 and 8 BAR and a temperature between 60 ° and 100 °, depending on the part to be made. The lamination is done by hand with a careful choice of the arrangement of the fibers and to obtain the best possible result in terms of aesthetics and functionality, applying a layer of carbon-kevlar where necessary or in the points most in contact with the ground to prevent abrasion. Frame and swingarm protection, front and rear mudguards are compatible with both the Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory and Tuono V4 1100 Factory models. The front mudguard is also compatible with the Aprilia RS660 and Tuono 660 models. The parts are completely Plug & Play, pre-drilled and ready to install. These new creations complement the many parts already available in the catalog, such as multi-adjustable footpegs, machined engine guards, adjustable handlebars and much more. For track use only
