Before use, make sure the battery buckle and rubber seal are working properly (please note that some batteries do not have rubber seals). If damaged, the camera's waterproof performance may be compromised.
Before use, check that the battery cover and charging points are not damaged. Never use a damaged battery.
Do not charge the battery immediately after use, as the battery temperature should not be too high. Wait until the battery has cooled to near room temperature before charging. Charging the battery in an environment above 104°F may cause the battery to expand, leak, overheat, or be damaged.
Never leave the battery unattended while charging. Do not charge the battery near flammable materials or on flammable surfaces, such as carpet or wood.
When not using the battery, disconnect it from the power source.
Do not use alcohol or other flammable liquids to clean the battery.
If you are storing the battery for an extended period of time, remove it from the camera and place it in a well-ventilated, dry place.
Fully discharge and recharge the battery once every three months to keep it in optimal condition.
