If you are charging the battery using the hub, make sure the battery charging point is aligned on the same side as the status indicators.
We recommend connecting the fast charging hub to a 12V/3A power adapter. Using an adapter above 12V/34A may not increase charging speed or may produce unexpected results. If it is below 12V/3A, simultaneous charging may not work properly and charging time may be extended.
Please carefully check the condition of the battery buckle and waterproof rubber ring before use. If damaged, it may affect the waterproof performance of the camera.
