AKRAPOVIC now offers the ideal compromise between performance and appearance with this visually unique exhaust. The Slovenian exhaust giant's engineers use their experience gained from working with Moto GP and Superbike racing teams to develop and manufacture high-performance exhaust systems for customers' street machines.
Competition appearance. Slip-on unit. A road legal version is also available.
Both the muffler body and the header pipe are made of rust-proof V4A stainless steel. The muffler body is decorated with a decent AKRAPOVIC logo, a dB-killer and a carbon fiber end cap are also included in the delivery. They are available in polished stainless steel or painted matt black, both versions have a carbon fiber end cap and heat shield.
The black AKRAPOVIC slip-on exhaust also includes a catalytic converter and is fully road legal. The silver system does not include a catalytic converter and is intended for racing use only, as it is not road legal in Germany and many other EU countries.
Information: This exhaust system cannot be easily combined with most side panel mounted roll bars.

WARNING: Due to the soft OE suspension, this exhaust may contact the side panels during use. To avoid this, always set the shock absorber spring preload to the stiffest setting. It is an ideal solution, which also increases safety, to upgrade the suspension with aftermarket performance shock absorbers for greater adjustment options.
